Sawyer Farms community is part of the Gwinnett County's Neighborhood Watch program is called C.O.P.S. (Community Oriented Police Service). The purpose of the COPS program is to bring the police and community together through communication and education. It encourages the community to communicate openly with each other and the police department while teaching them things to be aware of to make them less susceptible to being victimized. It tells people that this neighborhood looks out for each other and openly communicates with their police department. 

 Our Sawyer Farms  C.O.P.S. (Community Oriented Police Service) team received

a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition from our Congresswoman Lucy McBath.  A good relationship with our police department is a big deal and helps our community  safer.
